The Gen 2 CTSS printers feature a smaller footprint to save desktop space and improved palletization. The toner reloading process requires fewer steps than the Gen 1 TRK and has been tested to ensure a better user experience.
CTSS Generation 2 was launched in three distinct SKUs.
The toner reloading interface is accessed by lifting the paper output tray. The Gen 2 interface offers a secure fit, boosting user confidence during reloading. Compared to the first generation, the process is simpler and more intuitive.
